How far in advance should I book?

For regular walks, a day or two is plenty. For overnight sitting or holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break), please text me 2–3 weeks ahead so I can hold the dates. Same-day booking is unlocked for Happy Tails Plus members.

Can I change my booking time?

Yes. Log into your account or text me at (832) 953-3493. More than 24 hours out, no charge to reschedule. Inside 24 hours, the booking fee converts to account credit (which never expires) instead of a refund.

Can my pet stay at your house instead?

No. I do in-home care only. I come to your house and care for your pet there, so they can stay in their normal routine and familiar environment. This isn't boarding or daycare — it's me, coming to you.

Do you take care of aggressive dogs?

I evaluate every dog during the meet & greet at your home. If a dog has bitten before or shows signs they're not comfortable with me, I'll tell you honestly and we won't book. I'd rather be upfront than risk anyone — your dog included — getting hurt.

Is my information secure?

Your home access details and payment information are stored encrypted. Only I have access. After service ends or you ask, they're deleted. If you'd rather use a smart lock with a one-time code, I'm happy to do that instead.

How do I cancel my Happy Tails Plus membership?

Log into your account on happy-tails.fun and cancel from the Membership page. Or just text me at (832) 953-3493 — I'll do it for you. Active perks last to the end of the billing month. No fees, no questions.
