Privacy Policy

When you book a visit or ask for a quote, you give us:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The ZIP code where the vehicle is, so we can confirm it is in our service area
• Your vehicle’s year, make and model
• What is wrong with it, in your words

If you call us, our phone line is answered by an automated assistant that takes the same details. If you use the chat on this site, we receive the messages you send.

We also collect ordinary web analytics: pages viewed, which buttons were clicked, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address.

• Scheduling and performing the work you asked for
• Contacting you about your appointment, by phone, text or email
• Taking payment for the dispatch and diagnostic fee
• Understanding which parts of this site are useful and which are broken

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems or seen by us. Stripe’s handling of that data is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.

The $80 dispatch and diagnostic fee ($150 for A/C diagnostics) is collected up front to lock your appointment slot and is applied to your repair total.

• Stripe — card payments.
• Twilio — our phone and text line.
• PostHog — site analytics, on their US cloud. We do not attach your name to analytics events.
• OpenReplay — session replay, so we can see where the booking flow confuses people. This runs on our own server, not a third-party service.

Booking and service records are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, accounting or tax purposes. Analytics data is retained by PostHog under their standard retention. If you want your details deleted, ask us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts. Most browsers let you block cookies and site storage; the booking form will still work.

This site is for adults booking vehicle repairs. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively.
